Lily Allen says that the stresses of being on tour have made her turn to drink. She said "I'm an alcoholic now. It's not good and that's why I want to get back into the studio. I've actually pulled myself aside and said it will kill me if I keep it up. I've got to stop abusing myself because as far as I'm concerned every loon hates me now." Even her actor Dad, Keith Allen, is said to be very worried about her.

But there are signs of hope that she'll be back in England and settling down to "normal" life again very soon. She's just splashed out £600,000 on a new home in Hackney, East London.
